I decided not to put this with the Flash tutorials, because its a drawing, not an animation.

6x8 Wacom Graphire tablet
Flash MX, paint brush tool (for lines as well) with pressure enabled
Roughly 6 hours

But... how to you enable the pressure?

Do you have a tablet as well? the enable pressure thing is in the options box with the size of your brush. Its the button with a line that goes from thick to thin. All you should have to do is click it.

I use a tablet and Flash MX, which uses a vector system and makes very very clean lines from the get-go.
If you can get the program, theres a nice tutorial here, remove the spaces:
